Its hard to say on that one. I think it depends on your background.

I think they are all pretty easy to use for a newbie at this point. I
think the start button was a great way to introduce people to using
things. You applications are here, and we've laid them out in a
reasonable way.

Miles ahead of Doc or any of the Windows editions before that.

Apple has always been fairly user friendly, but I think it comes down to
which one you see first.

People fear change. Which is why innovation in UI is rather slow. It
doesn't matter that we can do things really cool now because the
technology has caught up to our ideas, if people think it is different
they just don't like it.
