Its hard to say on that one. I think it depends on your background. I think they are all pretty easy to use for a newbie at this point. I think the start button was a great way to introduce people to using things. You applications are here, and we've laid them out in a reasonable way.
Miles ahead of Doc or any of the Windows editions before that. Apple has always been fairly user friendly, but I think it comes down to which one you see first. People fear change. Which is why innovation in UI is rather slow.
