I don't know Taxwise but I do know FoxPro, to my everlasting shame, and it is 
not SQL, it is dBase.  That is the product that made Ashton-Tate and destroyed 
Borland.

FoxPro is an MS engine to use dBase files with SQL like statements.  It also 
allows you to build GUIs, etc.  IIRC, MS is dropping support in Q4, 2007 for 
all FoxPro versions.
