are they expecting 40hours/week from you? for FTE hours, they should expect to pay FTE rates, I should think.
again, for them to pay you $25/hour FTE, they need to budget ~$50/hour with benefits and taxes and etc. so anything less than $8k per month is a screaming deal. counter with $35-40/hour oh and, are they providing equipment for you? you mentioned a lappy earlier. That should be a consideration.
