About 1/3 of all mail I reply into the lists gets bounced as Base64 encoded.
Now I don't know much about email stuff, and I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to rectify this? I'm thinking its work that's bouncing the email, so I'm guessing outlook just is using whatever encoding the original mail was sent in.
