The best CPA that specializes in small businesses and "me-inc's" is the
cheapest money you'll ever spend. I've used the same CPA for over twenty
years, and she's helped me do everything from planning for growth to getting
the year's filings schedules down pat, and also saved me from making a lot of
mistakes in between.

One word of caution: MAKE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR FILINGS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!!
Never be late or incorrect on any filing -- even the seemingly small ones. If
you don't, you'll end up spending a surprisingly large sum on late fees,
penalties, fines, etc.

We set up a book with a schedule on the inside cover containing consolidated
municipal, state, and federal filings and renewals for everything from business
license to corporation registrations with the secretary of state. Works great
as a tick list. If you have a CRM system (even something small like ACT), it's
great to set up each of these as To Do's a week ahead of their due dates.

Best of luck with it all!

Respectfully,
