Hillary won't elaborate at all on the subject. She just claims that when she is President we will have Universal Health Care for everyone.
If the government is going to force people to use a particular 3rd party then it isn't directly socialism but it is close, and it sucks. As a driver I have a choice, I don't have to own a car, or drive a car. My insurance isn't designed to protect me, it is designed to protect others from me.
