We had Cox in Jacksonville (Cable and Internet) and I was actually pretty happy.
Had great speeds on the internet (there were the occassional downtimes tho). Out here in Southern Cali I have Time Warner (formerly Adelphia)...which SUCKS. connection speeds are nowhere near what I had with Cox. As far as the cable tv service... loved that too. The On Demand library was great. I have DirecTV now (only reason is for the Sunday Ticket) and really miss the flexibility of the On Demand library. It was especially good for the kids, being able to find something for them to watch at any time. I know I seem to be in the minority, but I was really happy with both services that I got from Cox.
