Thanks, we worked hard on getting the menu system to work as well as it
does, recursive functions in the CFC's are used to nest list elements and
then pure CSS to style it...

TBH we weren't going for sizzle bang pop, we were going for subdued,
professional, sober, trustworthy... That sort of thing. I think I'd like the
gfx to be a bit more "Apple-esque/web 2.0" but we have to balance the
bandwidth usage/speed of the site with the extra bit of wow you get for it.

We've been pretty strict in our interpretation of the Accessibility
guidelines so the [required] thing will stay as it conveys much more than *
to a screen reader!... I have however made it dissapear when you focus on
the form element now :) Thanks for the suggestion.
