The problems I saw were all due to OS upgrades and existing software being bugged....
I do think that if I would had the chance to throw my 2 cents in, and suggest a clean install... that most of their issues just wouldn't have existed on their systems. They both have fairly new laptops, running 2 Gigs of RAM... One issue was this weird bug in MS Word 2007 and the new security in Vista..... Micosoft support suggested a work around.... I can't remember what the problem was exactly with Word and the security.... I haven't upgraded my laptop and am not going to. You never know..... I'm not writting off Vista all together. Personally, I just would never upgrade to it until most people encounter the bugs and patches follow. :-) Yves On 4/12/07, Nick McClure <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > What types of problems are people having? > > I've been running it for nearly 6 months without any problems. > > > -----Original Message----- > > From: Yves Arsenault [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > > Sent: Thursday, April 12, 2007 1:12 PM > > To: CF-Community > > Subject: Re: Looks like MS is trying to shove Vista down consumer's > > throats > > > > After seeing hell with Vista here.....
