My best friend, who is "amply endowed" was on a trip last week from Orlando - Philly - Orlando. I don't know where she was stopped, but she was wearing a underwire bra, and a sweater that had a zip front from waist to neck. The security folks continued to "wave the wand" looking for the contraband, and she told them that it must be the underwire or the zipper. She was asked to open her sweater....to basically "flash" the male security guard...to prove that she was not armed. She asked for a female security guard, and since none were available, she refused to unzip her zipper. When the male security guard insisted that she open her sweater she walked up to him and said, "you want to see what's here? You open it." He promptly waved her on.
Now I don't condone her challenging the guard, but I do wonder if the airlines are ready to body search anyone in a way that does not offend anyone. Katie ..still looking for a job...for a better tomorrow... :: --- Judith Dinowitz <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > You know, I think they tested it out on me, because > I was felt up when I > went to Florida!
