"...playing politics as usual in the US House and Senate, will bring a political swing back to the right."
And in the ancient past when the swing WAS right the politics where played differently? Personally, as long as this country is effectively uses a two party system, I prefer when the power in Washington is divided. Now if you want to discuss other solutions - that may be interesting. But citing one example of Democratic badness in one state and then using that to speak for the entire country is all kinds of debating badness. It would not be hard to match Republican badness in other localities on a one to one basis. The only conclusion I get for this is that BOTH parties play the political game the same and until there is fresh blood to stir things up, I don't see this changing. SO at least keep the two sides as balanced as possible. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Upgrade to Adobe ColdFusion MX7 Experience Flex 2 & MX7 integration & create powerful cross-platform RIAs http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/flex2/?sdid=RVJQ Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:232752 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
