OK, and what is tieing the hands of the State Police? The stupid laws that were enacted by the state legislative bodies. Those need to be repealed.

I'm advocating mandatory trigger locks and concealled carry with seminannual live fire certifications. Even when I was a drunk college studen with a firearm I never used it on campus, but it was available. The tactical situation there sucked. The police weren't there to save lives, just to contain the situation. If I were a student there, I would have died trying to kill the SOB with my hands.
