True fiscal conservatives believe that the government has no business in
education and that it would be better handled in the private sector, or at
least at local level, without state and federal interference.

Fiscal conservatives know the market can't fix education unless
vouchers are allowed. Until then, somebody needs to step up.

As for the poor, we will educate and train those able, but some
people, due to physical or mental handicap need the handouts.
