I don't know of any direct problems w/ LCDs causing interference ... I will
mention that on my boombox I have to make sure the antenna is positioned
*just so* or it cuts out a lot ... of course I have trees practically coming
through my window and absolutely no direct view of the sky, so that could be
a factor

Once you get it positioned, it works great ... we considered running an
antenna line through the wall to the outside of the house but decided it was
more trouble than it was worth; and it works fine once you get the alignment
right.
