I was there not a week ago... Our house is on the market as we are having a new one built. We've already nearly filled up a 5x15 storage unit with excess junk to "de-clutter" our house so it doesn't look quite so "lived in".
- Whole interior needed paint. - Fixed 4 holes in the drywall where careless kids slammed the doors through (after breaking off the nifty springy door stops). - Fixed 8 inch hole in drywall at the bottom of the stairs where a rescue heros car managed to Jump to from the top of the stairs. - Fixed Water heater stand in garage. Wife drove the car into it and destroyed the drywall. - Replaced 4 cabinet kickboards that had water damage from overly zealous kiddos splashing in the tub. - repaired damaged doors and moulding where the dogs ate it (wood putty is an amazing thing...) - Dug out bermuda grass that invaded my gravel in the backyard. - Fixed 4 leaks in the drip irrigation system. - Installed new gate in the backyard to create a dog run (so the dogs would be contained while people are looking at the house). Still need to: - Pressure wash the house. - Clean out the garage. - continue packing...
