Wow....I guess that's one way to look at it. Another would be....why in the name of holy phukk would you initiate an arms race when it is completely unnecessary?
Let's replace the very unreasonable fear of one or two missiles from some rogue country, missiles that may or may not even exist....with the very REAL threat of hundreds of missiles from Russia that we are quite positive do exist.
