FEMA is the shining example of what happens when we look to the government
to try and solve our problems...yes, even catastrophic problems. They simply
cannot be trusted to adequately execute anything. I actually agree with Bill
O'Reilly when he says there are only two things our government is capable of
doing well:

1) Building a military and
2) Collecting taxes.
