And this is why I started "Babyfights" here in Georgia. Babyfights may be extremely violent, but you just can't argue with the entertainment value. Babyfights involve two babies under twelve months old duking it out inside a welded steel playpen we call "The Hexagon." Matches last for three rounds of two minutes each, and the winner is determined on points for takedowns, eye gouges, scratching, hits, taking away the other baby's pacifier, causing the other baby to cry, and body slams. There's a lot of taunting in the ring, so they both get pretty riled-up before the bell. These matches get pretty bloody, and the crowds love it. Sure, we've had a number of deaths, but that's just the way of things. Babies are born, babies fight, babies die. They're specifically bred for it. These aren't sophisticated Manhattan or Brentwood babies; these are trained fighting machines with a purpose. I won't mention any names, but I've seen a few people from this list at the matches, and I know you've seen me, so let's not kid each other (you know who you are). You loved it. You were cheering and pumping your fists yelling "Kill him!" and "Go for the throat!" And the proof's in the money. In the three years since I started Babyfights, I've raked in over eight hundred grand in ticket sales -- and all that's underground without any advertising. People just love to see and hear babies rip each other apart, and they love the environment in which it happens. Just don't tell the cops, okay? Humankind has loved violence across the ages. The gladiators, guillotines, hangings, wars all showcase our love for violence. Even movies today get some of the biggest returns because of violence. You might say that it's simulated violence in the movies so that it's all right. If that's the case, why do we prosecute people for having simulated child porn? Probably because it's still wrong..... So my question is, what makes dog fights so wrong compared with other forms of entertainment. (I myself believe them to be wrong, but I don't like violence in general) ? A dogs true nature is to be territorial, protective, leader of the pack. In nature, these same fights would occur. Just watch your national geographic channel to catch this same kind of behavior in wild animals. Heck, how's this so different than watching boxing? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| ColdFusion MX7 by AdobeĀ® Dyncamically transform webcontent into Adobe PDF with new ColdFusion MX7.
