The fuzzy brown ones are commonly referred to as Wolf Spiders, as they like
to chase down their prey instead of relying on webs. They are very fast,
jump around a bit and can cop an attitude when cornered, but are harmless.

The big black and yellow ones are commonly called Banana Spiders (not to be
confused with that nasty one from South America), Yellow Garden Spiders, or
Golden Orb Weavers. They too are harmless. One amusing thing about them is
if they think they have something in their web, they will shake the web up
and down violently to further entangle whatever it is. You can trick them
into doing this by poking the web with something. If you don't like where
they are and want them to move along, just tear up the web. The spider will
get annoyed and move off to a different location.

Neither is aggressive and both will try to escape before biting. Their
bites are no worse than bee stings. The only bad thing about the Wolf
Spiders is that they often find their way into the house when it is really
dry out, or when the weather starts turning cold.

If they don't bother you, I would leave them be. They eat a lot of pest
insects.
