waaaay back when I was a partner there was a comparison chart of CF vs. Asp features. 
As a partner you should be able to find it in their partner only section. If not, then 
I think this might be a nice community project. Define sections of usability for a web 
language and then compare different languages for it. Things like:
database connections
extending the language
communication with other languages/locations
etc.
If we focus on features and feature groups only we can be relatively fair. Which is 
faster to write in? Not applicable here. Which has better/easier syntax to connect to 
a DB? applicable. Which allows for segmenting code, code reuse, abstractions, etc? 
applicable. Which looks nicer? not applicable. 
If we had the categories already done I think that I could have this 'spoken out' in 
an hour or less. Writing it down would take more time.
