Admit it; you don't go there because of the Blacks or the Latinos.
I've lived in all Black and all Latino areas and never had a problem.
Maybe if you walk around looking scared for your life they'll beat you
just for the insulting. That being said I have driven through areas of
South Eastern KY that made me a little nervous but they where Whites.
Does that make me racist? :)
