Well, depends on where you live and how much time you have each day. I'd hardly use it as my only means of exercise, but considering I spend the bulk of the day in a chair at my computer, it seems like another great way to get up and moving on those days where I don't have an extra couple of hours to go out (since it's at least 1/2 hour from where I live to any of the normal things I would do for exercise). I do still enjoy walks with my dogs around the neighborhood and meeting people that way, but that's pretty minimal exercise and I am always looking for different activities so I don't get bored doing just the same stuff all the time. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| ColdFusion 8 - Build next generation apps today, with easy PDF and Ajax features - download now http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/coldfusion/cf8_beta_whatsnew_052907.pdf Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:240938 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
