By that time it'll be almost inconceivable that 64 Bit OSes won't be the norm in any case - then you can happily have 4 gig of ram and dual 1 Gig video cards with tons of headroom to spare (I think that Vista 64 supports up to 32 Gig of RAM for example - which is a marketing limit, not an address limit). I think we're right on the cusp - Vista kind of stalled things for a bit (people don't switch to a new OS all that often) but I think we'll see 64 Bit Vista/XP being viable consumer options within 24 months or so.
