Entrapment to me means the cop did something to encourage the behavior (beside sitting on the john, if he himself instigated the "pass signs" that apparently were used, or said "hubba hubba" or something)
Has anyone read the details of the police report? (I have yet to do so) As for the question of lewd behavior, I don't think the "signs" would constitute such, nor would a casual question of "wanna have sex?" But if the hand gestures were of a sexual nature, there was some watching that was uncomfortable, there was some showing that was uncomfortable, or there was some touching, then it start feeling icky to me.
