I would *NEVER* *NEVER* buy medications online. There is a high worldwide incidence of counterfeit drugs, and these are what are sold online via these Spam sites.You the buyer will not be able to tell the difference in the tablets, but the drugs will do nothing for you. This has actually caused people's health to worsen with High Blood Pressure medication. doctors have been stumped as to why their condition was not improving.
This is a real problem now, and even buying from Pharmacies you can still get nailed. Sometimes the Pharmacists are in on it, sometimes it's the suppliers. Do *not* purchase drugs over the net.
