You know Circuit City did that to me once. I took on a DVD player to have it worked on, They said it should be under warrantee but if something wasn't they would call me and let me know.
I go to pick it up and they try to charge me, I told them I wasn't told of the charge and they said the computer automatically approves things under a certain amount. Like $50. They said I couldn't have it back until I paid for it. I told them I didn't authorize the change and I wanted my DVD player, they weren't going to give it to me so I told them to undue the repair, I wasn't paying for a repair I didn't authorize.
