I can't speak for Mexico but there have been in Canada as well as Germany, Spain, Italy, etc. Oh, don't forget Sudan. It's not just America. FAAAAAR from it. As for Israel, America wasn't its sole or even primary benefactor in the beginning. America increased its support to Israel once they saw that the Soviet Union was pouring money into the neighboring Arab countries. Standard cold war practice.
Would Israel still exist? Yes. Would it still be attacked? It was attacked even before it was Israel...before it had a modern name. Remember that Israel absorbed all of the Jews expelled from Arab lands, so it had a work force. It had support from Jews world wide who gave it financial support (Israel bonds for example). It had people willing to work the desert to make it bloom. It had people willing to defend its people and it wanted, from day 1, peace. It never was offered it nor received it. Israel is not the cause of terrorism nor is America's support of Israel the cause of terrorism. Remove Israel and there would still be attacks. Remove America and the attacks would continue. Even if you remove every non-Muslim or Arab country on earth you would still have terrorist attacks. Look at Iraq where Sunni's fight Shia's, one sect of Shia fight another. Where Kurds fight for their own homeland (why don't they get the same support from the UN that the Palestinians do?) And on and on. Blame terrorism on the terrorists, not the victims.
