Like that day we got 1/4" of snow in late november (or was in early December)... after a few days of rare sub-freezing temps, every road in wake county turned to black ice, and nobody could get anywhere! One of my coworkers - who normally has a 35 minute drive home - got hom in 9 hours. People abandoned their cars on the highways and walked hom. Kids slept in schools. It was pretty freakin' crazy. 1/4" of snow.
