+100. Counties get nukes, that's how it is. In fact the first
President to bring this to our attention as a threat was Pres Carter
who said it was the #1 threat to peace.

But it's too late.

Specific to Iran, Judah basically said it all, but I will add:

(1.) Ahmadinejad is NOT the leader of Iran but the head of state;
rather the Supreme Leader of Iran is Grand Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. He
controls the military, judiciary, radio and TV, the police.

(2.) Ahmadinejad is a narcissist and a demagogue so, while he has said
all kinds of crazy things, he probably doesn't remember what he said
10 seconds after he said it. Put another way, his speech is not
motivated by principle, but by adoration.

(3.) Ahmadinejad's willingness to address the UN, during which he
softened or rejected many of the crazy things he's previously said,
indicates that Khamenei and/or the Assembly of Experts has told him to
knock that shit off and to make nice-nice.
