I'm in Portland, so if you want to hook up for a beer I'd be glad to take you out. I'm a serious hop head so I'm sure we can have some fun together. Next weekend is the Fresh Hop Festival, with a number of local breweries releasing special beers using fresh picked (not dried) whole hops to celebrate the recent hop harvest. There should be a couple still around town by the end of the month. If you haven't had a fresh hop beer, its an interesting experience. Definitely find some flavors and aromas that you don't in dried hops.
Oh and one of my neighborhood pubs usually has at least 3 Imperial IPA's on at any given time. Judah Crow T.
