Don't mess with Ike. He kicked the Wehrmacht's a**, liberated Europe, and performed supreme acts of moral courage in the process such that we should feel honored to have had him as our President. I cannot think of a single person qualified to judge a man like that or any of his indescretions. As they say in a book somewhere "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone."
Dubyah, on the other hand, has accomplished 1) managing the Texas Rangers into the ground after buying a 1% stake in the team with his Dad's money, 2) governing the Great State of Texas, where he accomplished a lot for big Oil and death penalty advocates, and 3) being elected to high office only with the direct intervention of the supreme court. I am confused about your preference towards the latter. Please explain. Impaired judgement on the part of man contolling our nuclear forces (Ike and JFK) scares me more than having a C student controlling them. Remember, I'm from Louisiana, the state that produced Huey P Long, Earl K Long and Edwin W Edwards.
