Which version? I'm on v11 under Vista but I just checked v11 on my XP machine and it was the same. It hasn't happened in a while but I've encountered some files that blow up the player when you try certain things. Most of the time you won't be able to see any of the calculated fields (length for example) since the file may "work" but it corrupt in some way.
