Isn't the best way for a man to handle PMS to just be at his wife's beck and call, pay attention, and perform targeted PMS-relieving massages on the Achilles tendons, tailbone, etc? Maybe an unexpected cup of herbal tea with a couple of her favorite biscuits and a smile? And just holding her hand and telling her how important she is and how lucky you are to have her in your life? Do anything she wants gracefully? Is that still fashionable, or am I behind the times?
