Your wheels are spinning but your going backwards. That's a perfect liberal plan, throw money at the government and fund endless projects that keep friends and family rolling in money forever.
It's not a wise plan, not a thought out plan. You watched a movie that's been proven wrong and now you're a salesman. We've been studying climate change all along. Throwing more money at doesn't mean you'll get results. It's like spending $50B a year to prove/disprove there's a creator. Wasting more money doesn't guarantee results. The best we can do is invest in technology to lower our footprint. Cleaner burning factories, lower emission cars, alternative fuels and convincing fools like you to make an attempt and do your part. If we reduce pollution here rather than sending the pollution to China we'll have helped. What do you expect the $50B to buy you anyway? A report that says yes we are causing GW? A report that says don't drive cars or fly or use electricity or don't use clean water for anything but drinking and cooking? You expect this money to tell you we need to change now, why not just give the money to all the factories so they can retrofit them with the cleaner technologies. Give some to the car companies too.
