I dug an entire old cooper and blacksmith shop out of the burned out ruins on an old farm (with the farmer's permission) Tons of arrowheads in plowed fields in CT I found lots of really nice big crystals in small caves and cavities in CT A small mouse fossil (John Day area of Oregon), and lots of fish and plant fossils (sides of hand-dug well in Iowa). Obsidian on a hillside in Oregon. 300 pounds of family history documents as insulation in my ggfathers attic. Wild strawberries, blueberries, rasberries and asparagus around CT. A handful of concert song playlists from the 50s handwritten on programs in one of my gfather's trumpet cases. A cemetery at the bottom of a reservoir. (plus a dozen organized archaeological digs as a volunteer in CT) It does make you happy, doesn't it?
