google could give a crap about meta keywords, it hasnt for quite a few years, 
actually it's about #27 of things google looks for on a page.

If you "hide" your text on same color bg google will catch you and ban you as 
that is considered "cheating".

Google will index you if you follow their rules which basically comes down to 
"content, content, content"

When people refer to keywords in todays world they mean actually keywords in 
the wording that is visible on the page in the page content not in the meta 
tags.

Looking at the source code of that site shows me that it's not real google 
friendly.
