Ahhh, but then you dont have a home office set up correctly and rules in
place. The "office" is a totally separate room and floor in the house, has a
door, and that door closes and locks. 6pm rolls around, and i'm outta here.
Of course every once in a while you got overtime, but I try not to these
days, even though I should.

There's lunch breaks and bathroom breaks. If I need to get up and walk
around I trot up 2 flights and switch the laundry which takes 5 minutes.
Equivalent to a cigarette break for some.

Very easy to still work here and relax in the rest of the abode. The only
time office isnt separate from life is if I'm travelling. Even then, most
hotels. etc have a desk area. I treat it like an office.

It's always about discipline and rules.  But like we've said before, it's
not for everyone. :)
