"The Lazer is the guy (or girl) who knows all kinds of nifty stuff about programming theory, and always wants to know more, but doesn't want to devote a whole lot of time to learning it. He or she is also the guy (or girl) who makes programming look easy. Of course, the reason (s)he makes programming look so easy is that (s)he refuses to do any boring drudgery, ever. The Lazer is as good at programming as he or she is simply because (s)he is lazy, and subscribes to the philosophy that boring, repetitive, time-consuming work is what computers are for.
