No. Not even close. We live in the high desert near a town called 
Victorville. It is a small tri-community area. All of the land where I 
live is subdivided into 2 1/2 acre lots so we are pretty spread out. It 
is a very rural area. Go to one of the satellite imaging sites (Google, 
MS, whatever) and zoom into a town called Pinon Hills, Ca. and you will 
see what I mean.
The only downside to living around here is that since it is so rural, 
meth labs do crop up once in a while. But these folks usually build 
their labs way out in the middle of nowhere since these labs emit a foul 
odor, and these folks really don't want to be bothered or draw any 
attention to themselves. And once in a while one blows up, so I like the 
fact that they stay way far away from us.
