I posted this November 9th.  I have heard from two people who took the 
test yesterday (Nov 20th) and passed.  If anybody else has taken this 
test, the California Department of Pesticide Regulation is still looking 
for APA's with ColdFusion experience.  The positions are not currently 
advertised but let me know and I'll provide the appropriate contact 
information.
