We have the opposite problem here in California. Where I live we are at a little over 3000', so we see some snow on occasion. What happens though is that like today, we are getting a LOT of rain, lots of flooding here in the high desert. If it were to get cold enough to snow, all that rain will freeze, then it will snow on top of the ice. That is very much not cool. there was one day that I had been driving at a safe speed for the conditions on a perfectly straight road, and then out of nowhere my truck just started sliding around, did a couple of 360's before slamming into the dirt curb on the side of the road. Better than Six Flags. LOL But I do hope that your hubby drives careful, and no idiots are near him while driving.
