Absolutely it is in a non-union society. It's called capitalism. Do we have to like it? No, and we can get all angry and use up precious energy cells over getting angry about it or we can move on and get to work, and keep doing what we can do. Take the jobs we can get for the money we want and be sure of ourselves and the talent we have to do the best job for our clients.
I moved to a set sheet of pricing that unless I'm beaten down (non-profit) I adhere to and do not deviate from. If people don't like it, next in line please, move along...
