Have you ever seen actual Buddism practices or just west coast "Zen Center"
Buddism?

That definition definitely applies to Bussism in its purest form - which I
wouldn't lump into "religion".

But in all practice I've seen Buddism is just as dependent on ritual and
supplication as any other religion.  Same with Hinduism and most other
Eastern beliefs.  In practice most religions are more similar than
different.
