*sigh* How jejune. Anyways, I have to agree with Adam. I don't think that Macromedia, or Adobe promotes Coldfusion the way it should be promoted. It seems to have a very tiny marketin budget which sees it pitched just to the audience that already uses it.
My clients have no idea what coldfusion is, but ask them about .Net, Java or PHP and they brighten up,"Oh...it's like those!". It has about as much exposure as BlueDragon and Ruby on Rails. I totally agree that with all the great work being done on it, it certainly needs to be advertised better.
