I think The Wonder series may have been put to pasture. I had one a couple of years ago and liked it a lot. If there are no new ones being made, you can get a used one in a PCI-X flavor on eBay. If all you need is output, lots of cards support S-Video. I don't know about component output. Check the ATI website. You can probably get what you need for under $200.
