It's always hard for me to see new characters in roles I've come to know.  It's 
also unclear how, if at all, the series will fit into the established timeline 
(T2 modified the timeline and T3 ended with armageddon).

The show clearly takes place AFTER T2 but seems to just plain throw away T3.  
Things happen that can't be reconciled with T3 (the worst of the movies in any 
case).

I won't spoil any of the plot points but it did set up a lot - too much to 
really judge.  How future episodes handle the mess the pilot made will tell 
about the series as a whole, I think.
