And if you can not observe, make predictions and test the answers - science 
will not answer them at this time.  

Until such a time as science has advanced to such a point that these ideas can 
be observed, predicted and tested, the untestable answers to these questions do 
not belong in science class.  They belong in other disciplines that have often 
been the source of these "ideas" you seem rather concerned about loosing.  Why 
do ID proponents feel such a strong need to bypass this proven methodology and 
make science something it is not supposed to be?
