Yeah, i am taking a pay cut as well but I am really really not happy being a civilian. Duty, country and my own sense of pride that emanates when I wear the uniform. The brotherhoods you develop. My idealism as well. Hell, I am still in contact with guys I was stationed with during Desert Storm. I don't know a lot of civilians who stay in contact with former co-workers that long. Anyway, maybe we will run into each other some time. Pop me an email on occasion and I will do the same. We can sit around smoking cigs pissing people off with our smoke.
