Honestly, that doesn't matter.  We are our own nation, with our own laws.
Universal healthcare would be illegal at federal level, unconstitutional.
The constitution does not provide for it, and the tenth amendment prohibits
the federal government from legislating on any issue not specifically
mentioned.

If anything it would have to be at state or local level.

Or they'll just legislate over the constitutional limits, like they normally
do.
