Anybody out use and|or actually like Visio? Is there anyway I can turn of this automatic redraw feature it seems to have? I am attempting to create an ERD for a database I am working with and when I drop an table object into the drawing, the first thing it seems to want to do is move all the other objects I have already painstakingly placed right where I want them. I would really like it NOT to do that, even if where I originally drop the object is off the page or overlaps other objects. Trust me Visio, I will move it to where I want it shortly.
This it the main concept that seems to prevail so much of MS technology.
